About the festival
Le Touquet film festival is a yearly competition between French and British short films. It has been taking place for four years now in the flagship seaside resort of the Nord-Pas de Calais region, in the North of France.
This festival aims at being a genuine place of encounter, a place for reflection, for inspiration and new discoveries. We are delighted to see this festival grow over the years: we receive more support from the town council of Le Touquet every year, new partners are joining us, local and national press coverage of the festival is increasing, Mickaël Sadler (a former member of the jury) now leads a master class, the festival offers preview screening of feature-length films in the presence of the film teams...
The motto of this festival is conviviality and professionalism!
